ICODD-2010
PSG College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore is a – International Conference on Drug Delivery ICODD-2010 under the theme Emerging Innovations in Drug Delivery technology on 29-30th, January 2010. This conference will be sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Department of Biotechnology, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi.
Sri.G.Rangaswamy, Managing Trustee, PSG Institutions, Coimbatore will inaugurate the function. Dr.Paul Heng, GEA NUS Pharmaceutical Processing Research Laboratory, National University of Singapore, Singapore will be the guest of honour also delivering the key note address. Prof.A.K.Chandrasekharan, Principal, PSG College of pharmacy, Coimbatore will preside over the ceremony.
Over 700 delegates from different places have been registered, out of which nearly 450 delegates will be presenting their research findings including both oral and poster presentations. Apart from this totally 9 speakers from various universities and colleges are going to deliver their talks under different topics on both the days.

VIBRANTZ-10
The student’s council of PSG College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore organized a regional level cultural meet – VIBRANTZ-10 between 24th & 26th March 2010. Students from JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty, KMCH College of Pharmacy & College of Pharmacy, SRIPMS, Coimbatore participated in the various cultural events. PSG College of Pharmacy won the overall championship with 410 points. The Closing ceremony was conducted on 26th March 2010. Dr.J.S.Bhuvaneshwaran MD., DM, Medical Director, PSG Super Speciality Hospitals was the chief guest and Dr.T.K.Ravi, Principal, College of Pharmacy, SRIPMS; Coimbatore was the guest of honour. Dr.M.Ramanathan, Principal, PSG College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore presided over the function.
